Registry scope
This report covers 41 Caribbean medical schools tracked in the registry with a combined 50 accreditation rows across all agencies. Multiple rows per school are common: they record both active decisions and historical withdrawn or denied entries. Every row cites a primary source URL.

Each school may carry more than one accreditation entry (e.g. a current CAAM-HP decision and a historical ACCM withdrawn entry). The counts below reflect individual decision rows, not unique schools.

Notable case: Saba University School of Medicine — NVAO renewal peer-review panel issued a positive report in January 2026 following a November 2025 site visit. The formal renewal besluit should be confirmed on nvao.net when published.

Both files are generated from the same school JSON records at build time. The registry's robots.txt is at /robots.txt and the sitemap is at /sitemap.xml.
Methodology caveats
- Counts are computed at build time from the data snapshot dated 2026-11-02. Agency lists update independently; check the changelog for post-build changes.
- "Multi-agency" detection includes historical withdrawn rows — a school that once held ACCM accreditation and later withdrew still counts as having two body entries.
- Status counts are per decision row, not per school. A single school can contribute multiple rows (e.g. one accredited row and one withdrawn row) and each is tallied separately.
- We never upgrade agency language in the UI. "Accredited with conditions" is not the same as "accredited" — see the full status vocabulary.
- This page does not constitute accreditation advice. Always verify directly with the relevant accrediting body before relying on any status for enrollment, licensing, or financial-aid decisions.
