This changelog records our verification activity — not official agency announcements. For the authoritative current status of any school, always open the agency's own list. See methodology.

    Registry coverage confirmed at 41 schools (up from the earlier 27-school baseline); status feeds and SEO hub structure updated.

    Entity set now includes the 14 schools added after the 2026-11-02 pass (e.g. Spartan, Aureus, Caribbean Medical University, IUHS, St. Martinus, Richmond Gabriel, AU Anguilla, AU St. Vincent, Anton de Kom, and Dominican Republic / Puerto Rico faculties). Changelog and status feeds corrected to say 41 schools. Hub H2s, legacy .org redirects, and a USMLE pass-rates guide published the same day.

    Full registry re-verification pass — school records updated to lastVerified 2026-11-02 (then 27 schools; later expanded to 41).

    Cross-checked school records against CAAM-HP, ACCM, NVAO, and GMDC primary lists. No accreditation decisions changed in this pass. lastVerified field bumped for schools in the then-current set. Subsequent expansion brought the registry to 41 schools — see 2026-11-04 entry.

  • SGU GMDC status confirmed through 2030; CAAM-HP voluntarily withdrawn (January 2021) confirmed.

    Re-checked SGU accreditation page and CAAM-HP assessed-programs list. GMDC re-accreditation through 2030 stands; CAAM-HP listing remains voluntarily withdrawn. No change to data.

  • CAAM-HP 'Accredited with Conditions' confirmed; upcoming site visit flagged for Sep 2026.

    CAAM-HP assessed-programs list re-checked 2026-11-02: Accredited with Conditions until the next site visit. Prior Sep 2026 visit timing note retired — confirm live CAAM-HP table for visit dates.

    Re-checked ACCM assessed-programmes page. AUC listed as accredited for six years to Dec 31, 2027 since 1995. No change.

    NVAO 2018 besluit valid through 2024-10-30; cluster peer review (visit Nov 2025; panel report 2026-01-27) positive on all standards; school states ongoing NVAO accreditation. Formal renewal besluit has not been published on nvao.net as of this check — status set to unknown with custom statusLabel to avoid claiming plain 'Accredited'. Confirm final besluit on nvao.net when available. Saba is NOT ACCM.
